DMCA

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) was designed to protect content creators from having their work stolen and published by others on the Internet.

The law specifically targets websites whose owners do not know who contributed each piece of content or that the website is a platform for uploading and publishing content.

We have a policy of responding to any breach notices and taking appropriate action.

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy applies to the website “https://www.naturatratta.it/” (“Site” or “Service”) and all related products and services (collectively, “Services”) and describes how the operator of this Site (“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles notices of copyright infringement and how you (“you” or “you’re”) may claim copyright infringement.

Protecting intellectual property is very important to us, and we ask our users and their authorized agents to do the same. Our policy is to respond expeditiously to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) of 1998, the text of which may be found on the US Copyright Office website.

Our DMCA Policy was created with the help of the ToolsPrince DMCA Policy Generator.

If we remove or restrict access to material or terminate an account in response to a Notice of Alleged Infringement, we will make good faith efforts to contact the affected user with information regarding removal or restriction of access.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained anywhere in this Policy, the Operator reserves the right to take no action upon receipt of a DMCA notice of copyright infringement if the Operator fails to comply with all DMCA requirements for such notice.
